It's ok to be late.
I forgot to get his sombrero and shadow models, and his Stage 5 (Full Tank) textures. So I might revise it again. There also exists a good static pose for PaRappa's model in the files. So no more manually t-posing in Blender.

Late reply, but also why does it have black squares aswell by viewing the hat or the hands and the other parts...
Should've specified - enabling Backface Culling as mentioned in that comment should fix the issue, since the "backwards" face of a polygon is darker than the "forwards" face, and since there are two polygons on top of each other facing opposite sides and with both sides visible, Z-fighting happens which causes the faces to flicker.

Culling, if I had to guess. By default, Blender's materials are set to have no face culling; however, there is a check in the material editor called "Backface Culling". Enabling that will render only the front side of the faces with the associated material, and this model should have faces on both the front and back sides due to there being separate textures for such.
why does parappas torso arms (ONLY the limbs part of his arms) and face look so dark when im in material or render mode
