Bee Movie but it's ripped on Models Resource
Sort of late, but you should probably do Set Normals From Faces in Blender if you want to get rid of that look and keep a rig if the model has one.

No. This game is under Wii on the other Resource sites. The Wii models were rejected, so I ripped the PC models instead.

The fault wasn't in the textures, but in the model itself. The way the lighting worked on the model was unusual, so in Blender I exported it as a .3ds, imported the .3ds, and set the shading from flat to smooth. That's how I fixed the lighting issue.

In that case, how did you fix the textures on the models? I tried to use NinjaRipper...
