@Dragon2H oh, ok then

@BaconMan Yes. @ninetalescommander sended me this as a private message, but I couldn't reply because he/she don't accept private messages... Thus this kind of subject is not a secret. I sent this my reply here so not only @ninetalescommander have a chance to see it but also other people to see this perspective (and analysis... I don't know).

@Dragon2H damn.. that's a long reply there

(@ninetalescommander said:
"Sakuraï said: "No echo-fighter, no spirit, no character from movies and animes". And he says that it will make more world collide so maybe not a character from games that are already presented in Smash Utimate."
Got proof on that? Cause far as I know, he's never said that. Also, some characters in the game that are fighters are also spirits so how'd you explain that?)
Hi, @ninetalescommander.
Sorry to write you this late. Sakuraï said this so many times by Tweets or interviews he had done. Like he repeat at least 3 or 4 times that he received so many requests like Goku and Iron Man in smash... He specificly said that there will be only characters that are from games and not had appeared in games. The Dragon Ball Z games for example, have the anime manga series for origin world, not games world (and also the voice actor of Goku said that Nintendo doesn't call him for a voice record for Smash). There were some Tomb Raider movies but the origin of Lara Croft is from the world of games (personal thought, let Lara take a break, she had suffer so many times).
I don't have the articles in mind but it's on website like Gamestop or other things like that, I saw them principely on recent news suggestion on Google, I don't remember all the exact snetences and words but I remember the principle. I remember the number of pseudo leaks which was more speculations (we can't sadly make the difference anymore between leaks and speculations for Smash Ultimate) and like weeks later that Sakuraï ask again and again to the fans to calm down and repeat that the characters will be only from game world. The last time to calm people, he said that it's not him and his team who have choosen the DLC and none DLC fighters, but it's Nintendo who told them who will join Smash.
Also, the fighter doesn't have proper spirits of themselves except some like: Mario with "Rock Mario", "Metal Mario"; Peach, Mario, and Bowser with their "Wedding Form" etc... The spirits with the existing fighters names only, are not useable and only collectibles. And back to the last pre-release smash direct, here you can check it, that he says that all characters of the worlds, except the fighters, loose their bodies and became spirits.
So sadly, all the playable spirits can't have a chance to be a fighter. Except if (this is a potentially speculation of mine) the next fighter pass (or fighters pass, Sakuraï said that there's is no other fighter pass after the second one that are planned "yet" (yes, there's a potential yet)) will give chance to some character that had been turned in spirits to become fighters themselves.
A final example, the ARMS fighter have to be one of those who hadn't be added as Spirits in Smash, like the green jelly guy or massif gold guy or others, but not Spring Man, Ribon Girl, the ninja boost one and the pretty pinked hair girl (the girl with the booty like people like to call her (not me) when they don't know her name). If not, then the sentence that Sakuraï said had a double sense like a they have been spirits but not anymore, which would be weird.
I hope that my english is understandable and not that terrible. I wish you all to have nice days and that the Covid-19 doesn't do anything to you and your surrounding.

@bulletbillgamer18 i think its because they're focusing on Animal Crossing: New Horizon

Weird, the Smash Ultimate ripping community has got from very active, to just, inactive... strange...

@Gaming Fan, its no use shouting at them, they'll request things regardless, its best if we just report their comments for requesting here

People, people, give the submitters a break! They're probably really pressured working on ripping the models, and you aren't helping a bit! If you want your character model, then just rip it yourself! There's a high chance that an admin (like Random Talking Bush) will delete any request comments! And I've ripped textures due to the VG Resource page (mainly a texture from both Inkling and Sonic, but those were for making mods in other games)! Models are too hard for my peanut brain to figure out though!

If Lola Pop, Misango, Ninjara, and Dr. Coyle all happen to be some of the ARMS alts, I'll be the happiest person on the planet.

@BaconMan aight

@R-james3D no news yet so far

is the project still alive? Im willing to help out if necessary.

@RTB The current work in here has always been working great, this website came to be when the Smash Brawl models were released here, and that may be the same thing for Ultimate, other games even are doing good, like Mario Odyssey, Random Talking Bush, you and the other staff are the ones that made all of this possible, including making mods possible, as well as ports like in SFM, ive like to say, thank you all for making this possible, someday soon, all Smash Ultimate models may be in here.

@Gaming Fan: The simplest answer I can give is that nobody got around to doing so yet.
@VeeMovies: "nor_b" is used for ink blending, and "nor_a" varies from texture to texture, but are mostly used either as a "cavity map" or a form of specularity.

the DLC after Joker has not been ripped, why? The model's haven't been ripped yet?

Does anyone know for what are the nor_a and nor_b textures, and how to use them?

@SMM: He's been on my to-do list for quite some time (after all I did upload his 3DS and Wii U models), so I'll be working on him sometime.

Is anyone doing Mega Man? I'm not requesting, I'm just asking in case anyone's already working on him because I plan to do it myself.

@RTB Ooooooohh... god no....

Big F for Banjo
