Well, they do call this category "Custom/Edited" and not just "Custom", so if it uses an already existing Sora model and actually makes some noticeable changes, i don't think it should be a problem!
I'm not a modelling guy, though. so take this with a grain of salt.

yeah at most they re-use models from SSBU, KH1, KH2, KH3, etc

You are welcome to submit them as long as they aren't building off of someone else's custom model. We do accept edits as long as they are decent and meaningful enough.
