Peach has Mario, Daisy has Luigi (unless Luigi has Bowser), Rosalina has Pauline. A quiet cosmic space princess paired with the outgoing mayor of a bustling city sounds like a goldmine of a pairing. One teaches the other how to lay back and have fun, the other shows her the endless stars and cosmos. Cinema.

it looks as if whoever modeled him had his racing helmet in mind, but whoever textured him was looking at him helmet-less. That or he was meant to transform into Turbo via texture swaps.
