They couldn't have even modeled any eyebrows?! That'd take them, like, TWO polygons at the very least! Or they could've faked it with a texture, but they just didn't do that. And the mitten hands, the stupid smile, the thousand-yard stare... this is actually the worst model of a character. EVER. NOTHING comes close to this astonishing heap of utter SHIT.
