And in a case of a model being rejected: do the staff say or specify the problem of the model?

Julehyrule They will check your models if they good enought for them.

Reitanna From what we said to me, they check the models if they are good enought for this site. No custom models or a model while waiting that another one better arriving, sadly.

Draco Rex, i ported the Castle to Pmx and added this on DeviantArt. I didnt know, how to upload models in this Breath of the Wild site. My Model is on "Pending Submissions" .. so maybe im so new for this xD - I'm Sorry

DracoRex I found a castle replica on the internet and destined to be a 3d model from printing, maybe if you're enough courageous you can use it like a base mesh to remake it.

And about the map itself, it's possible to rip it part by part, not in one file?

Trikeboy Do you know why they are rejected? How it work the accepting process? I don't really know how it works here.

If anyone else wants to take over, have at it. I understand the queue of models so am not angry but when models have been in the queue since September and then finally gets rejected in February, yeah, not that interested in continuing.

@rundas2: No, the game uses hundreds and hundreds of heightmaps, texturemaps, water maps and grass maps and such for the world map, which the game uses to render the terrain. It'd be way too taxing on the system to keep the entire game's map in memory at once, considering it's like 3.4GB uncompressed.

important note for many people: some models, such as the Champion's Tunic and One-Hit Obliterator have multiple UVMaps, one for the diffuse texture, another for everything else, so if you apply something like a normal map and it doesn't line up, try it on the other UVMap

Hey just wondering where is the filepath for Link's base model? I've been able to find the armor sets and textures for the base but not the actual geometry.
