This model is an updated one used in Superstars Tennis (Xbox 360 version)

The mobile version is much less detailed, but there is a version called THD that uses the same model, it’s just enormous because in the game itself its head is larger, it doesn’t depend on the version.
the reason why Sonic's head is huge is because its probably ripped from the mobile version
