I've ripped Donkey Kong and the rest of the rival characters, they are just currently pending. I haven't gotten to the Miis yet since their event files only include their props (skis, ice skates, curling brush, etc.), and I'm not sure how to categorize those on this games page.
And comparing the character models from both this game and the London 2012 version, they appear to be nearly identical to each other albeit with different textures.

I'm still hoping that Donkey Kong and the rival characters get ripped someday. It just feels so weird that DK is the only playable character (aside from the Miis, that is) who isn't on the site, while none of the rivals have been ripped either.
Technically speaking though, the character models in London 2012, for which DK's model has been ripped, should be the same as in this game, just with better textures and whatnot, although I could be wrong.
