Are you loading files from the right directory? The Steam version files are in AppData\LocalLow\Unity\Crunchyroll Games LLC_MasterofGarden_Steam

How exactly are you even extracting assets to begin with? Unity Asset GUI, even the modded version to support U6, doesn't seem to find any meshes to extract from the game.
