anyone have a tutorial on how to make materials paintable with the tf2 paint tool in gmod

anyone know how to add ombre (two tone) on octoling/inkling tentacles in blender? (i used to be in a splatoon blender discord but i don't think that's available anymore) someone there explained to me how to do it but now i don't remember so if anyone can help that would be great (i use teenage apples rigs btw i also need a visual image because i literally cant do it without a image of what to do lol)

@SmashBrosFan137: The playable Inklings being 5' is common misinformation not corroborated by any official source, as far as I can tell. Pearl is 145cm tall (around 4'10) according to The Art of Splatoon 2 on page 93, which is also where Marina being 178cm (~5'10) comes from. Additionally, the player models in 3 have noticeably different proportions than those in 2, whereas Pearl and Marina look generally the same. The 5' myth predates Splatoon 3, so it was likely made based on 2's player models.

@DerpBox: We delete request comments. Asking "when are we getting more" is an indirect request.

I wonder why half my comments are gone. Ah well.

this is the gift that keeps on giving

@Galaxy's_Eclipse You know I just realized how the heck is Pearl 4'9" if an average Inkling is 5 feet? In the sequel or this she is seen next to an Inkling so she is not that tall.

@nathan240535, i suggest asking that in the forums they can help you there more rather then in a comment section of a game

Can anybody help me out I am trying to a create at Sims 4 Mods of all of amiibo this is what I got up to now what do i do next thx

Yeah like I got japed from Google when I looked up about how tall Luigi is canonically, it said he's 5'9" (which is the average height of a human) but somebody told me he is officially 2 inches taller than Mario. Before I even found out about that, when I was showing my mother the official heights of Nintendo characters she said she is literary Mario's height so then I wondered how tall my dad is. I later asked her then she told me he's not the average height of a human, not so sure if I remember if that was before finding out Luigi's true height but thanks to my parents I know Luigi is not that freaking tall, that goes for Marina as well.

Now the reason why I wanted to know it's because I kind of wanna do an SFM poster where its based on this one meme where a short girl is leaning on a tall guy's gut and I wanna use characters like Mario and Pearl, that's why.

@SmashBrosFan137
I *think* we got canon heights for Marina and Pearl(5'10" and 4'9" respectively), but I'm not sure where *exactly* those numbers came from, so they could be wrong. The others we haven't gotten anything official though. You could use the Inkling model as a sort of measuring stick to figure out the others, if you wanted, since they're an even 5'.

You know I've been wondering since there are ripped models from this game, I didn't give a shit about this then but what I was wondering how tall are the characters from the series. Don't even know if the Idols heights were established but what I do know Inklings are canonically 5 feet tall. As for the Idols I have a feeling they're heights weren't established as I said.

okay there was totally more to that comment, didnt send for some reason.. said that i hoped in the future, youd be able to keep the submission's list up without being nagged for having pending models on the pending models list!!

super sorry people are being such a hassle

@CrownGamer901: Essentially, yes. See the comments on this page for more details.

@Galaxy's_Eclipse Ohhh that makes sense. I wonder if people bringing up what was on the pending list became a problem or something

@CrownGamer901
Looks like all the pending lists got taken down for the time being. The models are still pending, but unless you yourself uploaded it, you can't see them.
A little annoying considering I usually look at that before ripping stuff, but it's whatever.

Wait, where did the pending list go? (genuine question)

woo! the enemy octoling gear is pending!! cant wait for when its up !!
