Its more over he doesn't have a caring personality, and forgets anyone's names slightly. He's more focused on his plan if anything, but doesn't bother saying someones name right. probably a side effect of a glom overdose.

Its when you make him so mad he focus's more on remembering his enemy's name more, due to the hero's being a nuances to the main plan.
