Same here, dude. Pauline actually makes sense as a playable character. Not only is she an extremely attractive female character in the same vein as the princesses, but she's also got one helluva beautiful singing voice and is just incredibly likeable in general. Plus, she has seniority due to first appearing in Donkey Kong way back in 1981, making her one of the very first characters in the entire franchise along with DK and Mario.
Peachette is just a complete waste of a character slot and a pathetic waste of a character, period.

Personally, I would rather have Pauline among the playable characters in any Mario spin-off game than have Peachette.

That 1-Up Girl is finally in MK8 DX! Oddly enough, Biker Pauline's face and microphone have details in their bake map while Kart Pauline's lacks any for 'em.
