Love this model of Popeye

PSA and repeat of what @QW2 said further down: you need to go into the Shading tab in Blender and fix all the problems by changing "Repeat" to "Extend" in the node named "Base Color".

@64Mariofan

WAHOOO!!!

If anyone is using Blender 2.79 (for some reason), check out the "Image Mapping" in the "Texture" tab of the model. You can set the extension type to "Extend" there and the model should look fine afterwards.
Hope this helps the 10 people using 2.79 (me included)

@MatejLovesRetro You can find the Shader Editor by changing the editor type in the corner of a panel: https://i.imgur.com/W0WyjGV.png
Then just change the value in the node as shown here:

The end result should look like this:

@Qw2 i have no idea what do you mean by Shader editor please give me more details

@MatejLovesRetro Assuming you're referring to the textures, if you go to the Shader Editor and change the image node from "Repeat" to "Extend" the textures should look as they do in the preview.

How Can i fix the head in blender? can someone plesae explain it good

@Hij4cked I have the original model mario and the new rip.
This shows how iconic this is. We mainly have both rips.

This is the most iconic model on the site. Even if this model is already on our hard drives, or we've seen it a million times, we always come back to it.
