Uuuh actually Sonic Heroes set up the super sayian hair
I think the reason behind this was that these models were based off of Sonic Advance Series, which his spines to the same in the game
Kinda odd how he's using dreamcast super sonic's spines in the DS games when modern sonic spines go up
This was before sonic 06 set the standered for super sayian hair
