@Dolphman Because there's nothing to explain or resolve. It's just an easter egg to catch people off-guard and have them speculating about to this very day.
I mean, the Juane Plaza one was a mistranslation iirc, wasn't it? (pretty egregious one...)
like the secret message in the train station or the "Lava Dome Pokemon in Juane Plaza!" or the haunted house with the old guy telling a creepy story. I wish all of that would actually make sense and trigger some side quests but oh well... this is just how gamefreak rolls I guess.
