I'm just going to write this off the way I wrote Titans Tiny off, that being that this isn't THE Ripper Roo but rather another mutant who inherited the title after the original retired or died or died in retirement.

@GensokyoZXRedAce i don't think radical had anything to do with the designs in this game not already present in titans
I wonder if this what Ripper Roo was supposed to look like in Mind Over Mutant before being cut, given that most characters in this game use their Titans designs.
I wonder how a complete design on this Ripper Roo would've looked like. Judging by the boxing gloves they gave him here, I assume he would've had boxing shorts.
