You need to have a program called Switch Toolbox, and you need to have the Wii U Menu file, specifically Men2.pack. Then, you just need to scavenger until you find the Mii models, and from there you can find the animations and rip them as rpxs.
How would I go about ripping the animations from Warawara Plaza? Any tips?
This is cursed I don't think miis has this nose and why when I view it there's just a checkerboard Body

@themorningflash15 Other then the fact that Mii Maker is part of the Bios, I found these in the Files for the Home Menu.
Edit: I found body models in Mii Maker but they are basically the same except they don't come with the prototype/debug Mii head as this one does It's also lacking textures. I found some head accessories tho. MiiAcce Headgear

Shouldn't these be in a section for Mii Maker?
I think the dummy mii model head is like that, but they change it up in-engine once you customise a mii
