Probably my #1 fav Nintendo Protagonist.
@Sonicfan32 Its done in gmod. The model had to be heavily modified to be used with face posing in the source engine. A popular addon uses models from the olympic winter games for wii.
@Sonicfan32 Yeah but, the software SMG4 uses lets him naturally stretch out the models. If you watch the video where SMG4 makes a video in 30 Minutes you might be able to see what I mean.

I think he uses one of the Party models. The Galaxy models aren't really as flexible when it comes to the hands and face since they rely on swapping multiple parts for in-game animations.
It's also why you're able to see SMG4 Mario's face stretch as exaggeratedly as it does whenever he smiles.

to fix the low poly problem, you need to import it in blender and set the shading to smooth
