I have added some models from my LBP 3 alpha project from here as I didn't realise they were unused or change my mind on what counted like ungiven object that showed up in story mode and tiki kit objects
@GlowDonk its just the output/video quality, render, some visuals are toned up, poly-count, count of pixels, frame per second, and overall performance. but if you look at both of lbp3 on ps3 and 4 you may see some differences, overall its slightly the same. its like an export moved to a newer console. theres a yt vid of it for the beta ver: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=xXKXMHXH0Ec
Any differences in the PS4 version of the game? IE. Higher polycount costume pieces?
About to make a new category for lbp 3 alpha
Just submitted lbp3 sackboy thingy
@lelumini Thats actually a inaccurate rip, and it was stolen so it got taken down.
Wow an actual hd sackboy model

there are now rips for sackboy a big adventure on spriters ands textures resource
@Some1_On_TheInternet That's awesome!! Can't wait!
Also me and Marshivolt recently got the files for the base game of Sackboy A Big Adventure (PS4) so expect to see rips from that soon
i have the unused pinky model in my popit and i cant remove it
its labeled as "some kind of object"
its labeled as "some kind of object"
when can we get the DIG DUG costume?
might upload the unused pinky model (pinky was gonna be a sack person and not its own thing but they changed it)
I think it's from the alpha
Does anyone remember that unused Sackboy Skeleton model? I've only seen a single screenshot of it, wondering if anyone knows anything about it, and if they do can they upload it here?
Just like Sackboy's model on this site, it's not good. And same goes for these, so I ripped the models with the other UVs (and yes I'm planning on submitting a revision and Marshivolt helped me fix the stitching)
Submitted Marty McFly (2015)
I'd give the hex2obj method a try but it never works properly and outputs the wrong info despite doing everything correctly, so I just use the automatic method. And the fact I'm not good with hex.
the hex stuff is way more reliable, because the format involves quite a bit of guesswork from a human because it's still not fully known, especially LBP2s quite major revision to it, and a minor revision in LBP3
There's a program that rips lbp models so you don't have to do use stuff like use hex stuff, the only thing hard is that the UVs for each material is combined however it shouldn't be too hard to apply the materials to their proper areas depending on how much materials there are, and sometimes there are missing faces. If you're wondering, the character in the image is from an alpha build of LBP3, Rusk.
