@Random Talking Bush: I ended up deleting the group for the outline, which makes it look fine for my purposes. Thanks anyway!
@TrashPandaDesmond: Does Milkshape have an option for backface culling? Because that's the sort of thing you'd want to enable to make it look correct (because yeah, the black outline is an inverted model).
I can't get Elmer to show up correctly in Milkshape. His model is just a black mass, which I assume is caused by his cel shading. If I remove the black from his model skin, then he has a weird hollow look to him.
