None of the characters I've downloaded so far have any bones for their mouths. Did this game not use bones to animate their mouths?

While I have a "Sailor Mouth" video remake to do, I'm gonna use the old ones and put them in Season 2 style.
Patrick's palette would be season 2 palette
Spongebob's palette would be Season 2 palette.
