Why Does his Preview model Look so Cursed? Scared me there

Yeah, it wouldn't have made sense for her to lack any given the accessibility of her software.
Well Miku is still voiced, since that's Saki Fujita who's been voicing her in official media and supplies the samples for the program itself since her debut.
I think it's definitely more to do with the hassle of licensing. I doubt Sega would have a hard time with managing the voice work for their own IP (the Sonic voice cast, like you mentioned) but other companies and studios seem to be a whole different ballpark of its own. It sure would've been worth the effort, though. At least Miku has voice lines, being vocal software and all!

Yeah. And Roger Craig Smith and Fred Tatasciore have been in some of the SpongeBob SquarePants games by THQ (Roger did voice work for Creature from the Krusty Krab, while Fred voiced Dennis in the Movie Game).
Guess Tom Kenny was more expensive, which is strange because the current Sonic voice cast includes fellow union actors. (Roger Craig Smith is a SAG member, I'm pretty sure)
If I had a nickel for every time SpongeBob was completely silent in a kart racer, I'd have 3 nickels. Which isn't a lot but it's weird that it happened 3 times! (The first two times were in the Nickelodeon Kart Racers games)
