Yeah, you can see his heel behind his shoulder.
@wolf14vargen14 That's wrong though, he's just in a running pose, his leg is behind him.
@robowil since you only see the models from three views they didn't need a second leg on the models since you never see that view point

They couldn't make him t pose so they made him do animations in the game
What happened to his leg?!
All 3D models for Sonic Mania don't use a rig. To make the animations have a lower framerate, the developers instead decided to make individual poses for the characters to alternate between.
