fun fact the reason these cars look like they are from the 50s is because they are from Empire City which has a art deco theme to it
Tbf, the technology in Sonic's world seemed to be all over the place. Like there's a couple of cities that are living in the future will some are just modern-era tech.
Those look more like sixties cars. Must be like Bully, which had 80s cars yet mentions MP3 players so you can't really pinpoint the time period.
So Sonic Adventure takes place in the eighties?
