@dlfon99 xD oh dear god that'd be cool, i can try it at some point, i just got ahold of some models for a ps vita game as well so im working with those too.
Shinigami_Guntz a little metroid hat, essentially draining the life from the avatar at all times, would be amazing.
UPDATE: i was going through extracting the cutscene files and look what i found http://prntscr.com/j0k71h (yes that's the death egg robot)
@WreckedSkate, Do you just need the wolf itself? i can put the pieces together or try to find the complete model in what i have left to unpack. i have pretty much all of the wolf parts unpacked and converted to fbx since my main avatar character is a wolf. feel free to shoot me a pm with these details, im on most of the day except for some of tuedays and fridays.

@denny do you still need the wolf stuff? i have the ears ripped they just need to be converted to fbx with the materials, and what textures do you want? i can include those as well if needed
I just uploaded the first model i got! it's a avatar item but im working on the parts for the wolf avatar right now :D i also got the body textures and stuff ready but they're all in a .tga format. and confusing af to work with xD Also if i find the death egg robot or egg dragoon, you can bet my (Fluffy A**) a** i'll work to get them up here asap!
Nice. Im going to try to get my hands on a bunny avatar, so i can make a miku custom.
Attention Guys: I am attempting to rip as many models as i can and get them to a useable file type, im new to doing this stuff so i'll try my best, they'll at most probably be .obj files, unless i can get them in fbx. I'll mostly work on getting the avatar stuff! and maybe some other misc items that aren't on here :D

Will all the accessories be ripped? I'd have gotten the PC version if I knew it was that easily ripped into, so I got the Switch release instead.. oops

@sonic65101 but i cant pay for the game and even if i can the game wont run perfetly because i just have a laptop and i know nobody even care to rip for you because they dont care
@denny If you really want a model of your in-game Avatar and you own the PC version of Sonic Forces, I've read that a program called NinjaRipper can be used to rip the complete (unrigged) model from the game while it's running.
