how can i use those prm rgb textures?

@Sonicfan-22: Uh, that as well as the gloves and bodysuit are pre-order DLC items, you don't unlock them.
@robowil: Although there's a modified version of modelfbx available now that can be used, I ripped these all using the same script I'd tweaked for the Mario & Sonic 2016 models (the format's the exact same).

Also, how were the models ripped? I have the PC version as well, and I want to rip some of the models.

How come its so hard to unlock the head costume for shadow? I mean I've been replaying these levels an i still can't unlock it

Well, that was quick...

I cannot wait for all the custom parts cause then I can layer things like they didn't in the game. I actually like this game over all I do but I found the customization to be a little strange.

Oddly enough as well, the W9 folders are cutscene models that make up some of the locations like Resistence HQ, Eggman's base in the opening scenes and whatnot. beats me why they put all that stuff in there, but it is interesting. As for W8, don't know if there was one or if I didn't extract everything out.

Even though Chaos isn't in the game, you can find his shaders in the files for some reason. In the pac "Needleshader", you'll find a .shader-list, .vso and .pso, but don't really know much about it other than that.

I love how every modern sonic game with the egg dragoon in them ( this is not a request I know the rules) and no sign it. It's a crucial part of the modern sonic game it's has been in.

@lemmingscanfly: Not possible, he only appears in pre-rendered cutscenes.

What about Chaos? His model is new and looked pretty good.
I know he doesn't actually appear as a boss though, so I dunno.

sanic tees when

@Chirz: Technically, all of them are, but at the same time they're not. Most of the differences with the characters (barring the textures) is that they have higher-poly hands... unless you use the "HandsLow" models (aka "con_" instead of "chr_") I've supplied, then the polygon count is nearly identical to that of Generations.
Sonic and Classic Sonic are the only two returning characters with significant changes to their models (Shadow's got a few, minor changes) but if I'm being honest here, I don't really notice much in the way of improvements other than having "0" bones for each finger (making it 4 apiece now) and a couple of extra face bones. In fact I could argue it's even worse in places since they re-UV'd three different textures for Modern Sonic (one 512x512 and two 256x256) into one 512x512, meaning there's less room for detail.
And don't even get me started on Zavok's "improved" model... It's really not if you take a closer look at it (there's a gap between his eyebrow and face where you can see his eye through it...). So yeah. Oddly enough, it's the "new" characters that have the highest-quality models (Infinite, Metal Sonic and Omega, for instance), both model and texture-wise (the others are still using the same 512x512 texture resolution since Unleashed!), everyone else just seems quite literally stuck in the past. But I digress.
And then you have cases like this. Bleh.

Wait. Which models are higher poly than Sonic Generations?

i might rip the white wispon and some other cutscene props

infinite, metal and sonic are already in the workshop. and that was a request. do you even know the definition of requests?

I play this game pretty much every day.

If I'm able to, I might try and rip the Phantom Ruby Prototypes and Green Hill

its not a request I'm just saying
the shadow suit is not a pre-order item. it was simply free DLC. however, it is no longer available through the nintendo eshop. i don't know about the PSN store or other methods, though. the pre-order items were the sega costumes and persona 5 costume.
