Most likely they omitted his face for optimization purposes.
I was wondering, while Infinite doesn't have a face in this model, there is a separate one with his face right? He shows up maskless in Episode Shadow's "Eggman's Facility" level, and while his face is obscured, it is modeled. Is it possible for his maskless rig to be extracted from the game too or is that cutscene pre-rendered?

SuperNathan10002 That's because the lens of his Mask's eyehole needs to be made transparent.
@Luicides All cutscenes in Sonic Forces are pre-rendered except for cutscenes featuring the Avatar.

Someone actually made a mod where Infinite replaces Modern Sonic.
Sonic Team knew we'd go looking for his face. I bet they deliberately prerendered episode Shadow's cutscenes so there would still be mystery not to be ruined by rippers lol
Hey, I need help. Everytime I render it in Blender, put the correct texture, when I look in, I can't see the eyes! Even when I put the glass texture in, I can't see the eyes, but when I get rif of the glass texture, it shows the eye texture, but it's missing the black eye part in the middle! Even the Phantom ruby texture, it won't shows the correct one with purples line on it. Someone help me how to fix it!
I guess the game was too weak to make chaos 0's work ingame, funny fact, one of the illusions from infinite uses chaos 0's water materials for some odd reason.
Yeah. I've checked myself. Chaos, Infinite's face, etc are not there.
