Hi, the solution I used was to delete the duplicate hand models within Blender, and then exporting that fixed model to .fbx, ready for Mixamo. There are several meshes that overlap other meshes within the model, all you need to do is find the ones you want, and delete the rest that overlap. Should only take about 5 minutes. Shout if you need help with it. Good luck.
