the last Megaman X game, they sure went out with a bang.
Actually, the Navigators are (hidden) playable characters. So their section's title should be changed from "Non-Playable Characters" to "Navigators".
Please upload model another boss like Panda,Rooster,Mantis,Man-O-war,Trilobyte

Can't get the armature, the program we got converts directly to obj.
Could you (the person who's uploading these models) export them as .dae/.fbx/.smd instead of .obj? Otherwise, the armature would be missing.
