The model of Bowser and Peach looking up is suppose to be the model of Bowser (captured by Mario) and Peach capturing the spark pylon during the final part of escaping the crumbling Underground Moon Caverns.
Easily the hottest Bowser model.
@The_Shadow They should've done that along with replacing Peach's white alt with the Lochlady dress to compliment Mario's.

I'm kinda disappointed that Wedding Bowser wasn't a alt skin for Bowser in Smash Ultimate when Tuxedo Mario is an alt. skin for Mario. I would love to see him looking sharp and fancy on the battle field.

Well you do only see *Ruined Dragon*'s lower half from a distance, so that makes sense.
@Saetta06: Pretty close, actually. The Lord of Lightning has 49,810 triangles, though its lower body has a lot less the rest of its model (only 830 there).
This model is really high-poly! Bowser is 23.000 tries, and Wedding Bowser is 35.000! I wonder how many tries is the Dragon! surely is 50.000+

I had some trouble with the UVs on this model.
