I know this has been asked a couple of times, but can someone please help me with colouring and putting the materials on the model in blender. Even if its just a screenshot of your node setup anything would be helpful. Thanks

That stole/scarf looks like jelly.
You can also merge the vertices by distance [in edit mode, select everything and hit m for merge]
when the head isn't smooth
(if you're using blender use the weld modifier with the distance at 0.0001 to fix it)
