Y'all are arguing over gender so let me clear this up real quick: Cinderace is masc-presenting, but can be either male or female.
In case that isn't enough, let me clear this up real not quick: masc-presenting basically means that it presents itself as masculine, but isn't exclusively male. Meanwhile, fem-presenting means it presents itself as feminine, but isn't exclusively female. Primarina is fem-presenting, but despite popular belief, only 12.5% of the species is actually female. Cinderace also has the same gender ratio, but female Cinderace can still be a thing, even though it's a masc-presenting species.
TL;DR, Cinderace looks masculine on a species-level despite how females exist in said species.
Hopefully this helps clear up some things.
