ah! and here we are, counting to the 3rd Pokémon villain. Chairman rose or specifically known as "Rose", the most obvious faker like all Pokémon villains, he has side swept maroon brownish hair, he has tan skin, and blue eyes with a shaved-Ish beard. he's mostly known as controlling the dynamax and gigantamax this year which makes the Pokémon bigger than the stadiums! thats all i know.
