I would really like to know how to animate these models properly, especially the eyes, which I had trouble posing or importing correctly.

Which Pokémon Game will Ploaj target next? (I ripped most of the High-Poly models for RTDX back in 2021, but I haven't ripped much of the areas yet.) I suppose we wait and see.

I figured out a starting point for the eyes in blender, but it is a bit complex. I got the eyes to display out properly, but I still need to figure out how to get the eyes to "look" in the correct directions. I pasted a link to a Google Drive with a picture and a blend file for people to look at in the Pokemon model ripping forum.

I imagine that pokemon with glowing eyes like Lycanroc would be even more difficult to add them color

If someone figures out a process to accurately color the eye textures in a way that works for all Pokémon (especially cases like Sprigatito and Quaxly), please let us know! We'll gladly add the pre-colored eyes to each model if we know the result is accurate.

About the pending ones, the dex numbers are actually incorrect for some:
- Koraidon is actually #1007
- Tinkatuff and Tinkaton are actually #958 and #959, respectively.

For those that are having issues with eye textures in Blender (such as @Gonig):
The eyes are doing shader tricks via the layer mask (lym) texture for colorization. The mat text files has the color values for the layer mask that colors the eyes.
