Good point. As nice-looking as this one is, I certainly prefer the original one from Mario Kart 7, as that felt more like a true finale to the game. Still the best Rainbow Road in general regardless.
I think they're talking about this specific version, and yeah, I honestly agree with them. This one does major disservice to the original, which is essentially the BCP in a nutshell.
Agreed. This Rainbow Road is easily the best in the whole series, along with Wii Rainbow Road.

@The Model King: The moving elements are map objects, and that is why they're not in the model
Where is are the moving elements because without them the track is incomplete
@SpyrotheDragon2021: I know, even though it and the Tour versions are flatter than the 3DS version and even though it hasn't got near as good visuals as the base game. It's got really good gameplay elements and has added that one shortcut that the 3DS and Tour versions don't even have
