Have you tried using faceposing on playermodel? I tried and there's nothing
I prefer playermodels, personally, though I now have so much crap added on to my Gmod it takes too long to load and since I lack online accounting I'm still not officially a full user.

My main problem is I can't have a this Lana playermodel and a Pokemon Lana playermodel at the same time :T
If I remember correctly, you can summon playermodels as ragdolls.
This Lana model looks great I hope this will be in gmod workshop as a ragdoll not a playermodel
