I don't think they need a re-rip necessarily, its more likely that these are LOD models that are used during gameplay since the camera is a lot more dynamic in Tennis and all four players can be on screen simultaneously. The high poly models are probably reserved for the cutscenes, the character select, and when the camera is directly focused on them during replays, and many of them may be identical to their Mario Golf counterparts. You could argue though that the High poly models could be ripped and provided along with the low poly ones as is the case with games like Kirby 64 that have multiple LOD models. If you feel like the current submissions are inadequate, you can always attempt to make your own rip.

all these models need to be re-ripped (especially) mario, they dont not look like this in-game

Mario golf has a few diferent models actually for example: Opening Mario and Luigi (they have 2d mustache, which I actually prefer than the ingame ones), DK, Peach and Wario (and maybe more). There are also the game exclusive characters.
