@Aquatically404 Yeah but I'm talking about how this game's episode treated him like a cyborg as he was malfunctioning as if it was part of his own body.

He is a dragon that built his suit out of old machines, so yes he is entirely organic, this suit just changes some aspects of him such as 'a vocal synthesizer that gives him a deep booming voice'

That one episode in this game really raises questions if this guy is a cyborg dragon. Though if his robotic-like speech mannerisms in the console games in general were of any indicator especially his backstory has some implications.
