I'm not really an expert. I guess you should just upload all of them that you can and see what gets approved, though I could be wrong.
The (usable) cookie models are seemingly all in the "Animator" folder, which is inside the Models folder
There's also the Meshes folder, but all the assets r split up into different obj files and it would be a hassle to put them together as opposed to just using the rigged fbx file that already comes with the face, expressions and its respective texture in the same folder

Hey guys I ripped all the 3d assets from this game but each cookie has like 10 different folders each with their own models/textures and im not sure which ones would be the best to just upload here
What are the character models called? There's a lot of stuff, I should know what I'm looking for. Is there a way to filter by asset names in Asset Studio?
just install the game in your phone (or android emulator), then download the extra content in-game, go to the android apps folder and choose the game folder and convert it to a .zip to send it to your pc (if you have one) and open that with AssetStudio, that's basically what i did

Since you're ripping models, my personal suggestions for the models I'd like to see would be for Sting Durian and Chilli Pepper. Of course, that's just me. I'm sure all the models will be ripped eventually. Good luck. Thanks again. (This counts as a suggestion, right? Did I do good?)

No. You either rip models yourself, or don't submit at all. You are not allowed to submit rips on the behalf of others, nor are you allowed to submit what you just found elsewhere.
Interesting thing to note that most of the models got dumped on DeviantArt including the animations
