Is it me or is this the pre render model used in stuff like Mario Tennis or Mario Party?

Well, Waluigi's body wouldn't fit with his head because his overalls are a slightly lighter black, so it's just wouldn't fit if this model's head was literally slapped onto another Waluigi model.
you could take his head and put it on another waluigi model
Somebody has to T-pose this model. It'd be great for modding.
