This is a beautiful model.
I kinda wonder if this was intended as Big's final boss when he escapes the Egg Carrier, since unlike every other character his story doesn't directly end after beating the boss. Instead, you can walk around after it until you walk to the Tornado 2.
Because they never removed the files or models at all. They simply updated the game and didn't bother removing anything. The only time they removed things were when they needed to replaced, like certain Dreamcast things for Gamecube or PC things. If they didn't need to be touched, they stayed put.
Why would they bother to copy this over if they still weren't going to use this?
This is much appreciated. Such a shame the dragon never got finished in-game, it's such a cool model.
