@BillyBnMOfficial I forgot he could do that, two things that Philbert has more advantage than Noobus.
He's also able to charge his Rampage meter faster than all the other monsters. He has that going at least too
His poor stats in general can be compared to Noobus who's also worse as he is. Unlike Noobus, Philbert can eat hazardous items that usually harms the other monsters from consuming such. So he's at least somewhat "decent" in comparison to Noobus who lacks a similar ability.
Other than that, makes me wonder if he's suppose to be a urial/hippo hybrid, since Ramsey is a male sheep which is a ram.
