Bootleg Mumbo's Mountain.
@lemurboy12 I was thinking of that as well when I first saw this.
Mumbo's Mountain?
There are some (obscure) videos on Youtube about this, and the system gets extremely slow due to multiple things being ran at once. Text information, memory usage, music usage, highly-detailed models being shown at the screen, all at the same time, to test how the system can perform at its highest. Nintendo can't predict that a game (either theirs or third party) could include a bug that would make the console "stressed", therefore risk damaging the console.
"Knoll" are the files names that are referred to this model. While I was unable to extract this model, I can confirm that the .tpl files (used for textures), match the one from the model here. This isn't the first time a Banjo-Kazooie thing was on Nintendo's stuff. There is an internal document related to Precautions and Safety that has Mumbo-Jumbo on it.
I had knowledge about this because I have previously seen Courtyard (the most detailed model out of the three, including things INSIDE the house), and Sandshrew. I wasn't aware of Knoll, but I did see a post by Facts_About_BK and I knew where to find footage at.
Knoll can be seen at 5:28: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UnWNfjay-jo . Note that in 7:40, the system crashes, and the loud beep noise from Gamecube / Wii is emitted, so be careful.
