Model seems to be a bit messed up, as per the comments below, bones and UV's. Using Blender 2.91.2 Collada the armature imports rotated forward by 90 degrees from the mesh no matter what settings you use. Import as .fbx but make sure you select force connect children in the armature section of the import settings. Now to fix up the materials set the Riris slot to alpha hashed, drop in the eye01_alpha image inverting the alpha to alpha channels so it's removes the black mask from the face, and the Reye slot can do its thing. Now the toe UV doesn't quite line up with the foot so locate the island and nudge it over however much you need. Lastly each eye doubles over the same part of the UV but appears mirrored on the mesh. Simple solution, add a mapping node to the texture in the eye slot and set the x-scale to -1 which flips it the right way for the UV's. Hopefully this is easy enough to follow and you don't have any different problems in your program of choice.

Would it be possible for a new version to be uploaded? I don't know if it's just mine, but the materials and brones are broken when I try to use it in Blender 2.82.
