Pretty much just random text, as far as I can tell. Most of the stuff with Alolan text is random. The only exception I've seen so far is that booklet and plane ticket at the end of the intro, but it's only limited to the headers and any numbers. The font used there notably has a bunch of missing character boxes.
You can usually find a guide if you image search "アローラ文字", but even that's just a rough recreation of the cipher, not a rip, if there even is one.
