@Filler, That didn't seem to work. Trying to flip it in the material with the mapping node made it so that the texture didn't display at all, and flipping it with paint.net caused everything to be messed up.
Found out why the UVs were sort borked on the icon.
The texture needs to be mirrored vertically and horizontally for the UVs on the teeth to work right, like how some DS games do.
