@ninetalescommander There are, but it appears that the model is divided into several parts that were haphazardly merged together (probably not the uploader's fault), causing things like Rigify in blender to get confused, and not work. Weight painting is rather annoying because of the separate parts, so even a half-baked included rig would have been nice. I can't complain though. Midna :3
