Fun fact: the (fix) variant refers to the the fact that the devs... messed up the texture on this part of the back accessory

The left model appears to be new, while the right model (used in the slide sections before a level) appears to be re-used from Attack of the Toybots, but with a gadget and a..... tongue. I'm willing to bet that they had used the AOTTB model early on while they had already made the gadget, and then made a new model for him, but forgot to use it for the model used during the slide sections.
