im all for the crazy proportions but good god her hands are GIGANTIC
@Ninetails2000 To be honest, Having Blaze in 2006 was such a bad idea to begin with and they don't really have her do much outside of Silver's finale. I think it's more so that 3 months would've been too short to implement her in.
@Gräpëjüïce Rush came out November 2005, Riders came out February 2006. That's three months time, plenty to spoil.
And when I say spoil, I mean as in "Spoiling what her character is like" rather than "Spoiling her debut game." Same reason Lightning was left out of the original Dissidia, they didn't want to give too much away without you playing the games they're meant for. Given Blaze back then was supposed to have lore connecting her to both Rush and 06, they probably didn't want to use her or Silver too much at first. It wasn't until Sonic and the Secret Rings in 2007 that they started freely using both of them for spin-offs.

@Ninetails2000 Rush was 2005, Riders was 2006, there was really nothing to spoil, plus Riders is a spin-off game so it doesn't really matter
@gameman5804 The first Riders came out at the same time as Rush and they probably didn't want to spoil anything about her character that early on. Same reason probably also applies for Silver.
